To All:
I just uploaded some files that many (including moderator SD) have been after me to upload. They are a administrative procedure for your public officials.
 
The procedure is as follows:
 
1  Make up a Traffic Stop Lawful Notice, a Notice and Demand Corporate Commercial Agents, and a Photo Identification Affidavit, and have them recorded at the county recorder.
 
2  Put together an Oath of Office document together with a Notice and Demand document and serve it by Registered Mail on your local public official. Ideally, a third party Notary witness is the preferred method, but with these documents, I have used 2 witnesses as an alternative.
 
Then when they violate your rights, you put how they violated your rights down on an affidavit together with your proof that they have no plausible deniability (Registered Mail) on a Criminal Complaint and you record it and serve it on them, their boss, and their bosses boss.
 
This can be used on any public servant, even if you are not sure if they have an oath of office.
